A Name for Discipline and Quality

In order to carry out all the academic activities effective and to maintan high degree of discipline inside and outside the college premises, all the registered students shall abide by the following norms from the time they join the college till the day they leave.

1. All the students are expected to be regular, punctual and must hold the attendance of 85% in order to appear the final examination.
2. Students must attend and pass all internal exams in order to appear in the board examination.
3. All students are request to pay their prescribed fees and deposits prior to the commencement of the academic programmer unless otherwise advised. Monthly fees must be paid on the due dates. Failing in the case of which may lead to the expulsion of the student from the college.
4. All students must appear not only in all assessments like monthly tests, terminal tests and sent up test conducted by the college but also participate in the prescribed college activities.
5. Students who are absent from the classes are required to produce letters containing valid reasons from their parents/guardians.
6. No students will be allowed to enter the college premises without the prescribedattire.
7. Any students found to be in possession of unauthorized articles like weapon, cigarettes, narcotics and alcohol will be expelled from the college immediately.
8. Students are not authorized to bring outsiders (except parents/guardians) without prior permission.
9. Students should carry their ID card while in the college premises and should produce whenever asked for.
10. Students are not permitted to withdraw once registered. In case of such withdrawals, the college shall not be obliged to refund any fee.
11. Serious action will be taken against those students who are found misusing, damaging, breaking, removing items like equipment, books, desks or any property o college and shall be penalized accordingly.
12. Students should maintain a proper sense of decorum in the class. They should not use abusive or foul language. They should respect their teachers and the members of the staff.
13. Any from of disrespect or insulting behaviors to any staff member will not be tolerated at any cost and the offender will be liable to strict punishment expulsion from the college.
14. Violation of any norms, rules, regulations and instructions whether written or verbal shall be considered as a serious offence which may result in the expulsion of the student concerned from the college.
15. In case of any disputes evolved, the decision of the college or it's management body will be final and binding. The college reserves the right to modify, eliminate or formulate any norms in the future.
